Prestige Global Network

Prestige Global Network is a fashion, media and entertainment company headquartered in Rockford Hills, Los Santos. Founded in 2019, the company initially operated around the fashion publication Prestige before expanding into retail, cosmetics, hospitality, motorsport and entertainment production.

The network’s businesses have included the luxury clothing retailer Sessanta Nove, cosmetics company Glow Cosmetics, wine lounge The Oasis and racing organisation Crowex Motorsports.

History

Prestige Global Network was established in 2019. The first issue of its principal publication, Prestige, was released in June 2020.

The magazine was led by Ashley Hendricks, who served as chief executive officer and editor-in-chief, with Aaron Kim appointed as executive editor. Kim resigned approximately one month later and was succeeded by Chloe Hendricks.

During its first year, the magazine increased the size and scope of its editions and shifted its primary editorial focus towards women’s fashion. It subsequently became a recognised publication within the Los Santos modelling industry.

In early 2021, the company opened its first venue, combining a wine bar with an art gallery. As its activities expanded beyond publishing, the business adopted the name Prestige Global Network and began investing in cultural, retail and lifestyle venues.

The company later opened Sessanta Nove on Portola Drive in Rockford Hills. It subsequently expanded into cosmetics, hospitality and motorsport.

Prestige

Prestige is the network’s principal fashion and lifestyle publication. It was first released in June 2020 and initially focused on modelling and the Los Santos fashion industry.

Under Ashley and Chloe Hendricks, the publication expanded its coverage and placed greater emphasis on women’s fashion, beauty and lifestyle subjects.

The magazine has also provided a platform for local models, designers, artists and businesses to receive wider exposure.

Sessanta Nove

Sessanta Nove is a luxury clothing retailer operated by Prestige Global Network. Its flagship boutique is located in Rockford Hills.

The store specialises in high-end clothing, custom garments and personal styling. It has also served as a venue for fashion-related events and professional networking.

Sessanta Nove became one of the network’s principal retail businesses and helped establish its presence outside magazine publishing.

Glow Cosmetics

Glow Cosmetics is a beauty company launched in Rockford Hills in 2021 under the direction of Chloe Hendricks.

The company produces luxury beauty and skincare products. Its branding and product lines are primarily centred on high-end and visually distinctive cosmetics.

The Oasis

The Oasis is a wine lounge and hospitality venue operated by Prestige Global Network.

The location originally served as one of the company’s earliest venues before undergoing a major redevelopment in 2021. It reopened as a wine lounge intended for private meetings, social events and professional networking.

Crowex Motorsports

Crowex Motorsports is a racing and entertainment organisation founded by Daniel Yoshimuri in 2022 under the Prestige Global Network.

The racing team expanded the company’s activities beyond traditional fashion and modelling. It also gave the network access to motorsport events, racing media and lifestyle coverage connected to the automotive industry.

2026 restructuring

At the beginning of 2026, Prestige Global Network sold Bobcat Security and moved away from directly operating security services.

During the same period, the company opened a new headquarters in Rockford Hills. The facility was intended to support the network’s continued growth and provide a central location for its various businesses.

Prestige also announced a wider expansion into entertainment production, including talk shows, podcasts and independent films.

Its early activities were centred on fashion publishing and modelling. Over time, the network expanded by establishing businesses that could support one another through advertising, events, media coverage and shared audiences.
